About Us

Building a Strong Future

Yuala Group was founded by Shawn Orcher, a proud Muruwari man, with a vision that extends beyond demolition—it’s about creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and caring for the land. The name Yuala comes from the Muruwari people, who spoke Yualarai, a language from far west NSW. Just as Aboriginal people have protected and nurtured the land for thousands of years, we bring that same respect, integrity, and collaboration to everything we do.

Our Mission

At Yuala Group, our mission is to create lasting change by delivering safe, sustainable, and responsible demolition and waste management services while empowering Aboriginal communities. We are committed to providing employment, skills development, and career pathways that strengthen individuals and uplift communities.

Guided by respect for land and culture, we integrate eco-friendly practices to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability. Every project we take on is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable future for all.
